Prof. Haidan Mostafa El-Shorbagy
She is a Professor of Molecular Biology with extensive academic, research, and teaching experience at Cairo University and MSA University. She has a strong background in genetics, molecular biology, and biotechnology, with over two decades of progressive academic roles. Her research focuses on molecular biomarkers, genotoxicity, cancer biology, and nanotechnology applications in biomedical sciences. She possesses advanced expertise in molecular techniques, including PCR, RT-PCR, DNA sequencing, gene expression analysis, and immunohistochemistry, alongside strong capabilities in bioinformatics and multi-omics data analysis. She has supervised numerous postgraduate theses and contributed significantly to scientific publications in high-impact journals. In addition to research contributions, she is actively involved in academic leadership, curriculum development, and student support initiatives, including leading at-risk student programs and quality assurance activities.
